Good facilities but poor customer services. Staff are fine if you don't have a problem but if you do they will ignore you and not respond yo your correspondence whilst still trying to take your money post cancellation. Very bad experience.
Not allowed to make any sound. No energy just sterilised casual lifting.
Good gym I like the layout
Started at Rise in October 2024, and it's easily the best gym I've ever been too. The equipment is always clean, and the staff are super friendly and always on point to help. It's currently undergoing an even better expansion to make the space bigger and to add a spa and sauna. The ice bath is awesome!
