One of the cleanest facilities I have been to. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The equipment is always up to date and working. Been working out in the new powerlifting area and every piece of equipment is top notch. Highly recommended!
I recently visited my son in Cypress and had the chance to check out Rise Gym with him. As a mom, I’ve been in my fair share of gyms, but this one truly impressed me. The space is massive and so well organized. Whether you’re into strength training, bodybuilding, or just getting a good workout in, they have everything you need—and more.
