Rise Floor Cleaning did an exceptional job of cleaning my carpet. I was concerned about a stain originally not present. It turned out to be a spot that had not completely dried. However, David initiated a follow-up call to check that my concern had been resolved. The service was professional, courteous, expedient, and the cost was reasonable. I will use them again!
As always, David owner of Rise flooring, best in the business did a fantastic job cleaning my bedroom carpets and loose rug. Yet another great job as always! I accidentally flooded my upstairs master bathroom and David was able to come over and prevent any further damage or staining of my carpet. Very pleased with the fast response and excellent work!
I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received from Rise. They have a truck mounted system which, in my opinion, after trying other carpet cleaners who do not use that system, does a much better job of getting stains out and getting carpets looking really clean. They were so polite and friendly and went above and beyond to protect my floors and walls from damage. The price was very reasonable, Highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.
