Did my first reformer class with Nicole on Sunday morning. Was a bit anxious as was worrying I might not be able to keep up with the pace of the class however I needn’t have been. Nicole was brilliant - she explained all modifications clearly and made sure to check on everyone in the class and offer tips about form and technique throughout. The environment is so lovely and calming. Great class - I left feeling energised but like I’d put in the work. Will definitely be back.
