New to rise. There amenities are great. Lots to do but classes fill fast limit access.
Good gym overall, HOWEVER, be cautious with the billing. I signed up for a couple months but had to freeze my account which they said at the beginning was possible. When I was instructed to email two emails, I did and still have not received a response and I continue to receive bills each month!! It has been more 2 months and it is very frustrating that this cannot be resolved yet. BE CAUTIOUS with the billing.
I joined Rise Fitness in August after friends who love going to Rise encouraged me to do so. Not being a gym person I was reluctant at first, but decided to take a tour of the facility and speak with staff about their programs and trainers. I was impressed how friendly and helpful Chris and Nate were. The gym was immaculate and well maintained. I love going to Rise. The place is clean, and the staff greets you warmly as soon as you arrive. But the best thing about Rise is my personal trainer - Adrienne Pankowski. She is fantastic! Adrienne is knowledgeable about the machines, about fitness in general and about how each person can get the most benefit while working out. I’ve been a member of Rise for 5+ years and have recently noticed how clean the gym has been since Will started. Today while I was working out, I saw him moving the ellipticals to clean each one including underneath the machines and every surface on them. I hope he is rewarded for being a great (and friendly) employee.
