Dena has provided a gym that appeals to all levels of experience. It has well established and organized workout areas that are extremely clean. She has helped me feel comfortable getting back into working out. Her training has been tailored to me and I have enjoyed her classes as well! I would recommend Rise Fitness.
Rise Fitness is a fantastic gym facility for anyone! Dena does a phenomenal job keeping the gym clean and welcoming for all. I can’t recommend this space more for any fitness needs!
