Rise is the first time I have been consistent at a studio. The coaches are great and very thorough. They keep the studio very clean and the music is the best. I get very excited to go to each class.

This is the best GROUP FITNESS I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE, I don’t just say that as a client, I say that as a man who takes his health serious, the attention to detail AYO and Sarah put into their classes, the technique, posture correction, and amazing enthusiasm each morning, wether I take a 5 am or a 6 pm class, is always there. 5 stars everytime from this group, and the community that works out with them.
Sarah was incredibly warm, welcoming, and highly competent, making it easy to communicate with her. She guided me through a thorough assessment and demonstrated thoughtful consideration in her programming. I truly enjoyed our time together. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rise Fitness to others including pregnant and postpartum women and women in the perimenopause change. Strength training here will build you for life.
Amazing gym! A few months ago, I was looking for a strength training class in a group setting, and after having done CrossFit before, I wanted to try something new. Rise has been perfect. Owner/head coach Ayo and the rest of the coaches are wonderful. There are entry points for any skill level.
