I reached out to Rise Fitness and was immediately impressed by their welcoming attitude and hospitable nature. I was visiting the area for only a few weeks, and Paola and her team were easy to work with. As a military servicemember, I love the style and atmosphere Paola has built in her gym. Great place to workout friendly people and owned by professional and trainers are very respectful and kind and motivated
would love to have been able to try a newer local gym but i have been trying to reach this business for over a week now and have had no luck. i have sent emails, phone calls, instagram, website and even stopped by personally for info and got zero results. good luck
