Outstanding facility. I am quite happy with my decision to rent office space from Rise. Jay, the facility manager, is very attentive to the tenants and grounds. I would highly recommend Rise Plain City for your business needs.
I am a new tenant at RISE- and I am very happy with my space! Primarily the warehouse lot is gated to assure for safety of you and your shop. The fellow tenants are very nice and helpful. The RISE leadership will work with you to meet your warehouse needs; they encourage you to be successful in your business by offering a great list of amenities (use of conference room, use of a lunch room). Absolutely love being here! The flexibility to upgrade or downsize our space without restarting lease terms has been a game changer. The amenities are top-notch — from forklift access and a cardboard compactor to the supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs. And the property manager, Jay, is truly 15/10 — responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about helping tenants succeed. No complaints whatsoever — this space has allowed us to scale our business and reach new levels of success.
