The company I work for has a spot out here for us to work out of. We install countertops and receive weekly shipments. It’s very clean, easy, great spot in town. They have a fork truck here and Mick has saved me about once a week with things I have struggled with. Can not recommend enough.
We Branched to Fort Wayne and got a few office spaces here, super nice space! Mick the property manager is super accommodating, and has been super helpful!
We were a tenant here and couldn’t have had better hospitality from Mick and the entire team at RISE. The space was exactly what we needed and all requests were accommodated in a very timely manner. Highly recommend if you are looking for space for your business!
I have had a flex industrial space for over a year and continue to stay until we out grow the complex. The Property Manager here is a true pro and is as reliable as clockwork. Forklift use, security, and overall ease of doing business keeps us as a client. Kudos to Mick are consistently deserved.
