Our business has had a location in the Rise Commercial District in Fort Wayne for over 4 years. Mick is phenomenal to work with, the facility is well-kept and well-maintained, and it is in a great location. The facility is very secure and with camera coverage the has nearly zero blind spots, we have excellent protection from mischief. Great management, great facility, and an excellent partner.

Rise has been great with the 24/7 access. The facilities are well maintained. The temperature control units are awesome! Our company is very pleased with our experience here.
We've been tenants here at Tose for over 2 years now. We have loved our experience so far. Mick is a great property manager and is always willing to help with deliveries and is always flexible in accommodating space for our business needs. Rent is affordable, spaces are clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend to any small business owner!
