My mother filled out paperwork to go here and seek mental health help and counseling. She was in for one appointment with their staff and we are now on 3 1/2 months waiting for a call. Nothing. No calls no emails. Incredibly disappointed with their service. I go to Sullivan because I never received a call back and that was 2 years ago! Would not suggest
The counselor I see is amazing but the scheduling process is atrocious. They don't answer the phone at all anyone. It's extremely hard to get in so if you have an appointment do everything you can to get there. While I have found help here this place has also been a huge source of stress in my life. If I had another option I would go elsewhere because of this.
Hands down the very best place I have been to for help with mental health issues . It's not even close! The staff is amazing and it's like you are family here. Not just a client . If you live in the area , this is the place to be They helped start the journey that turned my life around . I popped in today and even after a couple years they knew exactly who I was.
I was ghosted by three different counselors during Covid. Several times I was told I would receive a zoom link or phone call at scheduled appointment time and it never happened. I emailed them and told them the situation and it was never made up for. Lost all respect for this place. A shame really.
