Receptionist doesn’t get back to you. Nobody answers the phone or emails. Even with a confirmed appointment, Dr. Kalia doesn’t call or keep any scheduled appointments. Very undependable.

Dr. Kalia is a great pain doctor. He has helped me immensely. I feel very comfortable when I’m in his office. In addition his office staff are kind and welcoming.

They are open 4 days a week until 4pm for the general public but if you are on opiate replacement therapy you have to go on Friday when they close at 2pm, so you always have to book time off work. They seem to assume people ... read more
