Super friendly and a great workout!! They make it easy to drop in while passing through or be a regular.
We spent half of the class standing around because there are only 4 poles and 10 people in the class. It would have been a good work out if we could worked the pole the whole time.
My friends and I took the intro to pole class and were hooked! The facility is clean and the instructors are friendly.
I just moved to town and had never taken any sort of pole class. Everyone was so nice and so welcoming, the instructor was very open and informative. She really made it a relaxing and judgment free environment. I am excited to see what the other classes have to offer, but would forsake recommend anyone to into to pole!
