I cannot recommend Rise enough! Whether you're into combat sports or a more traditional gym experience, Rise has incredible trainers, coaches, and structured classes across the board. The people you meet here are so encouraging and they all make sure you feel so welcomed, regardless of your skill level! Thank you all for such a positive gym experience 💪
Daughter has been participating in jiu-jitsu for 1.5 years… and we have noticed a lot of improvement.. she didn’t like it too much in the beginning but that’s how it always goes when you learn something new.It is hard, but she enjoys going now… she has come a long way, and it’s a great team and coaches to work together with. Rise is the best gym ever! The combat sports side feels like family. The coaches are amazing and actually care about each persons sport journey. The community is amazing at the gym. The open gym is clean and people are so friendly. When I think about Rise I think family!!
My three sons have been attending Jiu-Jitsu classes at Rise for two years now. They’re happy and making great progress, thanks to the support of the coaches and the discipline they instill in the children.
