This place has it all. Open gym and amazing fitness class's.
I’ve been going to Rise for 10 years and it is the best gym experience I’ve ever had! The community they build in their group fitness classes is phenomenal, I feel so welcomed every time and no judgment about where I’m at. They’re so encouraging and the support they offer goes above and beyond. Their mindset around being LIFE strong is exactly what I need!
I love this gym SO much! Talaya is the best person to have at the front desk, she is welcoming and kind. The Owner is very helpful aswell! Other members are pretty respectful other than 1 creepy older gentleman and 1 younger girl that is ignorant and constantly spraying strong perfume in the change rooms even though there is a sign.
Marcos, the head instructor is welcoming and teaches great technique. He reads his students very well. The gym is clean and the mats are sanitized daily. 100% would recommend coming in for a drop in if you’re in the neighborhood. Students were a pleasure to roll with as they were all respectful, technically savvy and well mannered.
I love rise it’s been a huge game changer for me one of the best gyms that I been too it’s changed me a lot love the coaches they are amazing people if anyone wants a good gym to go to I highly recommended this one
