Superior gym from the highschool weight lifting program, to sports/athletic conditioning, to CrossFit, to camps- this gym has surpassed all my expectations. The owners, Mark and Jamie, and every trainer, are incredibly knowledgeable and are very intentional with explaining proper technique and form to prevent injuries. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 12 years, and Rise gets it right! The coaches care <3 They meet you where you are and my knees appreciate the smart scaling.The programming is thoughtful and challenging, but still leaves room to build skills. I do weightlifting at the 6pm session and Coach Alex has been helping me out a lot with my technique. I can see improvements already! Coach Alex is the man!!
