!!!!RISE ATHLETICS!!!! Honestly can’t say enough about this gym and could yell that name off the rooftops. We searched for a while looking for a good gym that could offer a good training program for my son to get him ready for football. We struggled looking for camps and placing to get a decent workout. I’ve been lifting here for a couple of months now and I’m so incredibly grateful for this team. The atmosphere is great, the coaches see you as a person before they see you as an athlete and the teammates are also great. The core values that they display are not just words, they actually live them. Highly recommend it! 💙
Rise Athletics is an amazing gym. My son goes there for sports performance classes and it is hard to get him to leave. He has learned so much about taking care of his body, correct lifting mechanics, and how to get stronger and faster at the same time. His performance as a soccer goalie has improved so much with working with Josh. Josh is one of the best if you have a young athlete that wants to improve their skill.
Great coaching (aka Josh = greatness) and overall a great atmosphere. Would recommend if you want to excel in athletics. Love it here!
