Rise of the best gym I’ve had the honor of training at. To be coached by the likes of Mark, Sarah, and Alex is truly an opportunity I don’t take for granted. The whole staff is ill but Katie holds it down up front.

Can’t get enough! I have been working with Sarah for almost a year now and she has been incredible. Not only has she programmed my workouts to help me regain a lot of muscle, but she has been instrumental in gaining my confidence back! The entire crew, including the owners Jamie and Mark, have created not just a gym but a community!
I used to workout here. Worked out as an open gym membership and join the team and went back to my original team. Got kicked out and got talked behind my back. All my friends are telling me all these lies that are going around. Be careful who you trust here. It’s all about taking your money at this gym. I will never come back here since my friends are getting the same treatment behind their backs.
