I absolutely LOVE Rise. I train with Sarah. She is amazing at making necessary modifications while still ensuring a good workout. I renewed a second set of 20 class sessions without a second thought. It is the first structured exercise that I have ever looked forward to attending. I cannot say enough good things about the staff as a whole. I highly recommend!

Rise Athletics is a fantastic environment to train in. The gym is clean with high quality equipment. They offer multiple different training options, Weightlifting, CrossFit, Hyrox, Personal Training and more! The coaches are professional and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
