I am coming up on my 1-year anniversary of calling Rise @ 2534 my home, and I genuinely have ONLY positive things to say about my entire experience! When I was apartment hunting back in August 2024, I looked at 16 different complexes across the Loveland/Johnstown/Fort Collins area, and this one was hands down the highest quality among them all. I recently toured Rise at 2534 and was impressed by the costumer service by the office staff. They were all so friendly and welcoming and even offered snacks and water. The tour was very detailed and the amenities are amazing. Every interaction with the staff and even residents was pleasant. I was also impressed by how clean and well maintained the community is.
I have lived at the Rise apartments for over 2 years now and I have been really happy. The apartments are spacious, appliances are nice, and it’s a really quiet building. The office and maintenance staff have always been kind and accomodating. I love how they offer seasonal treats and crafts in the main room every so often. Currently moving from California to Colorado and have been looking all over for an affordable, nice space to move to. The two representatives that I spoke to (Chelsea and Juno) were both very accommodating and helpful with getting me set up. The process was swift and I didn't have to pay absurd move in fees like my previous apartment. Nice complex, and convenient shopping centers near by. This place is a 10/10.
The office and maintenance staff at Rise @ 2534 always go above and beyond to ensure my work orders are taken care of, my questions are addressed and you can tell they take great pride in the community. The grounds are always clean, amenities are clean and operational and the communication with the residents is superb. I would highly recommend living here!
