Inconvenient and rude throughout. Leasing agent was rude when I first moved in and several requests had to be mad to resolve issues. When I moved out they charged exorbitant fees and even charged me for a late rent payment because they didn't take the check to the bank. I was in the office writing the check on the 1st.
I moved here recently I’ve apply online and the guy who was working with me on my application I told him I want just me to be a responsibility for lease for everything I don’t want my wife to be co-signer for anything because she has a cancer she’s doesn’t have any income he said she can live here without signing a lease he said I just need to check her documents I signed the lease she give him her documents to set up everything the next day the manager she said your spouse she need to sign the lease we told her they guy wor... read more
Apartment I used to truly love, unfortunately they’ve become one of the worse apartments I’ve ever encountered. Mice infestation in a garage I pay $220 a month for is insane. I’ve had to make several work orders behind this matter. These apartments are corridor interior and have the garages attached to building. I have taking a total loss on camping gear, luggage and items that are irreplaceable. Renters insurance in Colorado does not cover pest issues and of course the apartment doesn’t either. The apartment puts on a very good front at first, after resigning my lease they completely flipped. The leasing office is not helpful and only care about getting paid and not helping people. They calm to call and email but never once had I received any information. Upon breaking my lease they lost the paper work, over charged my last month rent, and LOST my keys I turned in early.
