My friend lives here, she gave verbal auth to them to let me in the apartment so I could walk her dog. My friend told me they said I was good and just had to present an ID. They also refused to my My friend a spare key. She's the renter, it's her property until the end of the contract... Don’t move here. You’ll regret it. Maybe not right away, but you will.. There is an Facebook group if you’re interested in how current tenants feel about this place. All of the modern amenities and cool stuff they show you in the tour is always shut down, broken or they just decide to cut the budget for and take it away. Year after year the pipes freeze in the winter, bust and flood apartments. The building fire alarms will go off at all hours of the day, and the whole building is evacuated. I’ve lived here for over a year now. It’s been great. The maintenance crew is always snappy and the rest of the staff are very friendly. But I especially love Adriana. We’ve always kinda vibed but she’s been especially kind to me during a hard time and I appreciate that. Thanks Adriana!
Crystal, the manager. She is fantastic. I was stuck with a move in process.. I didn’t know forsure if I wanted this apartment but she held it for me, and kept in contact with me and made sure I understood everything that was going on. She took so much time to help me out and was so patient through the whole process. I ended up choosing a different route and she still showed me respect. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting with her if you’re thinking about moving here!
