I recently had the displeasure of visiting this doctor's office and it was a complete nightmare. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel very unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Not only that, but trying to communicate with anyone in the office was like pulling teeth. Had an initial appointment on 3/25/2024 sent out for bloodwork due to having difficult veins, got blood done on 3/26, finally got results back and was eager to set up follow appt to get started on my weight loss journey, can get thru to schedule appt, phones apparently arent working have left a few so called text messages, and emails and no one has responded to me at all. Have been trying to get a follow up appt since 4/4/24

Appointment with provider was fine but be prepared to have difficulty if you try to follow up. Can't get anyone via a phone call after several attempts. I just get a text message/email saying we're busy what do you want which to me is rude and a poor way to provide customer service. They told me my insurance didn't need prior authorization when it did. Nobody ever got the auth so I was never able to start the medication. Tried to call office again to no avail.
