RecommendedDr. May explains in great detail the benefits of salt therapy and was very welcoming. She was very attentive and treats you like family. She is kid friendly and keeps them well entertained. I noticed the treatment helped open my sinuses and i was able to breath better after her 45 min session. Highly recommend.
The positive energy here is so amazing, my son and I absolutely loved our experience. He loved playing in the salt. We cant wait to come back for our next session.
Great experience for the kids and i. Kids loved playing in what the call the sand! Dr. May is very nice and she even called us the next day to check on how the kids and i where doing.
I had never heard of salt therapy before, so when I decided to try it I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr May was very nice and polite and very informative on the benefits of this kind of treatment. With a long list of symptoms that salt therapy treats effectively none of which I really had, I did see that it treated inflammation and arthritis and after 1 treatment I already feel a difference. I highly recommend anyone including kids to give it a try.
Rise and Shine is a great facility! Dr.May is very helpful and sociable. The Salt Therapy she offers is highly effective and works after one session! I highly recommend
I was skeptical when Dr. May told me about the benefits of salt therapy but when my persistent cough disappeared during my time spent in the therapy room, I was sold. When you go, I highly recommend trying out the PSiO glasses, a $400 piece of equipment that can, among other things, be worn to help you relax during therapy sessions.
