Rise Above Floatation provides an unparalleled experience in floating! If you are looking for a deep meditation, a re-set for your nervous system, or a new experience, I highly recommend. It is a bit of quiet serenity in our hectic world.
I highly suggest floating. Its a great way to relax and allow the body to reset.
I LOVE Rise Above Floatation! It is so worth the drive! For a beginner, I recommend the 1 hr float because you get to see if you like it, and if you don't, you aren't in there for that long. There are 3 different options. I personally like the wide float bath. Advice for a beginner/first timer: -Don't wear clothing. -Bring goggles or other eye protection. This was an amazing experience!!! The staff was amazing and very informative, super friendly and welcoming as well. It was my first time and i booked the extra wide tub for 2 hours, all I have to say is everyone that hasn't done this yet definitely should try it out... it's a great adventure into your own self and very rejuvenating .... I still feel the after float glow and it's been 4 days .... oh and you have your own private room, private shower, private everything!!!
Always calm and inviting, floating at Rise Above is an "other worldly" experience. I feel refreshed and transported to a place of serenity. Staff is wonderfully nurturing. It is a "hard reset" for your nervous system.
