Hi George, I meant to text you yesterday…I just wanted to say that Tristen was amazing! He was here all day! The job was big and he handled every bit of it all by himself. He was polite, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. The best part was that he gave us a tutorial on some safety features we didn’t know about. The elevator runs so smooth and quiet now-thanks to Tristen. 👍🏼
we have paid rise above elevators almost $9000 and now they are ghosting us have not heard from them and have called, emailed, texted and nothing back but one time on text said"eating lunch" Yet they don't call back, so watch you give your money to. I'm going to call a lawyer today.
If I could do zero stars I would. They are no shows and insist on 90% payment for 50% work. They are hanging me out to dry on our job. We have several more jobs coming up and NO WAY would I use these guys. Recommendation is run and do NOT bother even getting a quote. Totally unresponsive.
