Nelson went out of his way to perform above and beyond expectations - he notified us of issues with the project, and did not hesitate to modify his work order to accommodate those changes. He was very communicative and proactive, he is a valuable asset to your team and deserves to be recognized - we deal with a lot of contractors, Nelson was a pleasure to work with, he is 'old school' and does everything right!
God Blessed me so much with RISE. I was supposed to pay almost $1,000 difference from the total amount (which I had agreed to). On the day of the work, the guy told me that the total amount was going to be covered, and my balance was $0. Communication was great, the guys were very respectful and did an amazing job adding insulation to my house. Heather was phenomenal during her inspection. I am very pleased with the whole process. I cannot wait to use them for my other properties.
