I don't know how old this place is but you could swear it's new. Carrie, who runs the facility is a sweetheart of a businesswoman. Personally I'd recommend Risco not only for its friendly management but the fact that the units do far have proven to be sturdy, safe, secure, and well protected by state of the art security equipment. Also, it's located in Gilbert which from the perspective if someone who has lived in the area for 20 years...is likely the best town in the area. We have been customers of this storage unit for many years. They have quality security which they are presently upgrading under the new ownership.
