I called them about getting a rough estimate for repairing two watches. I understand an exact quote isn’t possible without seeing them, but I was surprised when I was told it was "ridiculous" to ask for a range. Other stores I contacted had no issue providing a ballpark figure. Just wanted to bring this to whoever is going to do business with them. This did decide very much on who I would be getting my repairs from.
I brought in my wedding band for repair after it snapped and a diamond fell out. They did a wonderful job with the repair and the new diamond matched perfectly! Plus, my ring was fixed within a couple days and the price was very fair. I will definitely be coming back for any other jewelry repairs!
