Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people. Finding someone who could make a few adjustments on one of my Rolex on short notice in a smaller area like this isn’t easy. They were quick, to the point and very nice to work with. Can see a passion in the work they do. Will be back for anything I need in the future!

I called them about getting a rough estimate for repairing two watches. I understand an exact quote isn’t possible without seeing them, but I was surprised when I was told it was "ridiculous" to ask for a range. Other stores I contacted had no issue providing a ballpark figure. Just wanted to bring this to whoever is going to do business with them. This did decide very much on who I would be getting my repairs from.
