A huge thanks to Dr. Skalen, who was kind enough to do an extraction at no charge. The procedure was quick and painless—I was in and out in less than 40 minutes! I’ve had four procedures with Dr. Skalen so far, and they have all been quick, efficient, and painless. Another thank you to Fabi over in the accounting area. NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could rate them zero Stars I would. I came in to get a tooth filled that had two cavities under an old silver filling. Here is my unpleasant experience. After the x-ray they came in to numb my mouth to fill the tooth. I had novocaine shooting out of my mouth and inside my entire mouth and tongue. They wouldn't suction that out till I waved at them I needed to be suctioned. During the procedure they had to stop and numb me more when I felt pain. I generally don’t leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience with DR. SHIVANI GUPTA left a lot to be desired. Her manner was very unprofessional; she seemed rushed throughout the appointments and showed very little empathy or compassion toward the patient. I would not recommend her at all. Later, I was seen by DR. JAMES SKAALEN, and the care I received from him was excellent. I truly appreciated his professionalism, attentiveness, and compassionate approach.
