Arrived to my appointment to find its canceled. I was right in the door at 15 minutes past my appointment time. Lady at the front was rude. Refused to change the cancelation. If anything comes up don't expect them to be understanding.

They will make you sit there if your on time and let someone who is 30 mins late get seen before you my daughters appt was at 5pm it is currently 545pm and we are still in the waiting room. Instead of making ppl who are late wait or reschedule, they become top priority. Can’t wait until we no longer have to deal with this company. Staff never show up so now we have to deal with it. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.
My experience was amazing was greeted and helped by Monica, I had came from another location which they wasn’t helpful at all. Monica was kind and knowledgeable regarding codes for my type of insurance she had great customer service was able to set up appt next day. The Asst. Kay and Dr.kline was amazing very kind and caring . Even though Dr Kline was busy only Dr in that day, I was his last patient he didn’t try rush was careful and did a great job I’m pleased and appreciate the all around great service at this location.
