When I came in I was a bit nervous as I’ve never been to Risas. I was greeted kindly and helped pretty quick. I got here 30 minutes before my appointment as I am a new patient but only needed 10! Once called back Dr. Klein was super friendly and informative with what needed to be done! He explains everything carefully and in a simple manner. This place is a joke. Trying to get someone to call you back is like pulling teeth (No pun intended) Thry claim they’re waiting on records but it’s been a month basically. You mean to tell me you still haven’t got what you need. I’ve asked for an office manager to call me, of course, I didn’t get that. I’ll take my business elsewhere. This place can go to hell. Very incompetent staff.
