First the website has wrong # and after multiple phone calls to summit they finally got me through to the staff The staff is non complacent and will not even try to help you get in to see the Dr . Everything is scheduled out 4-6 weeks and no one wants to help It just seems that they don’t care about a patients pain or discomfort I’d say Dr Silverstein truly needs to evaluate her personnel
Risa does wonders with her work. Initially came in for stomach pain, and she helped to reduce that quite substantially, and now we’re working on correcting some long standing issues with my back. She takes a holistic approach to understand what’s going on to cause the issues, and gives helpful recommendations to take home with you to help you to progress even outside the appointment. She is a kind and caring person, and I can’t recommend her more!
