By far, the best Neurologist I have ever encountered. Unbelievably well-versed in all aspects of the brain, brain health, and preventative medicine. Dr. Ravitz is the best in her field and I cannot image recommending anyone else!
I recently saw Dr. Ravitz due to some urgent symptoms and I was so impressed with her and her team. I subsequently had new unrelated symptoms pop up and again the team took great care of me and ensured I was seen quickly by a wonderful spinal surgeon. I’m DEVASTATED that Dr. Ravitz is now out of network with Aetna 💔 Would highly recommend Dr. Ravitz.
This practice seems far more interested in ease of service and profit. Good for business not so much for patient care. We began the relationship with a discrepancy regarding costs, which were increased after out initial conversation; I accepted the increased adjustment. NO PORTAL. My emails confirming my upcoming appointment were ignored assuming they were not received; I resent them, only to learn the office manager had been counting them without returning them. I appreciate Dr Ravitz's candid openness and wisdom. Her willingness to say she does not know the answer as to why I am having dizziness issues is immensely assuring. Her positive assurance that his vertigo will eventually recede empowers the patient and is hugely appreciated.
