I appreciate Dr Ravitz's candid openness and wisdom. Her willingness to say she does not know the answer as to why I am having dizziness issues is immensely assuring. Her positive assurance that his vertigo will eventually recede empowers the patient and is hugely appreciated.
Warm and competent.
Dr. Ravitz was thorough though rushed in our conversation, but I felt that she had interesting ideas that I have not heard from other doctors. Unfortunately, her office staff is exceedingly unprofessional. While I don't like to hurt a doctor's ratings due to office staff, in this case it cannot be avoided. If the doctor allows this in her office than it says something about her as well.
