terrible service, booked me in based on my docs referral, took my money and refused to do the scan, Their doc wouldn't even speak to me, I just got the middle man, bitterly disappointed. wasted my time, very stressful and negative experience - avoid this place at all costs
Relaxing and very pleasant for what it does
I checked in with the two major imaging places in Geelong and they didn't seem to take my referal as seriously as they should have and consequently I had to wait 2 weeks at one and 6 weeks at the other. When I showed this place my referral, they said you need to come in straight away and 2 hours later I was diagnosed with blood clots in my leg. Very professional and very friendly.
Paranoid people. Try to avoid if you can. Took my pregnant wife there for a growth scan and they wouldn't allow me inside with my partner. Apparently the sonographer was paranoid of COVID despite of 0 cases in VIC and both of us with masks. We have been to other radiology places and they always cared about us by allowing me in as well as they cared about our emotions. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
