Bad protocol they wouldn't let me go back with my dad incase he needed help understanding something cause he's a bit hard of hearing and doesn't always understand or hear everything
Horrible. Got a low dose lung scan for cancer two weeks ago and still, to this day, don't have my results. Called to see why my results aren't ready and I was told it was due to the holiday. I had the scan done 9 days before the holiday. There is no excuse for this incompetence at all! This is a test for lung cancer!
Unreliable. I paid for a scan and I have yet to get my results and I called and they will not tell me when they will be read and sent to my doctor. Poor..poor...poor....poor customer service. Staff is great but services provided stink. They have me by the you know what. They do not care about their patients. DO NOT USE THIS IMAGINE COMPANY!
This is my experience. The techs are very unhappy “people “ they act like robots. No compassion at all. The lady who made the ultrasound was very rude and was doing the exam very fast don’t even introduce herself.
