Over the past 18 years, I have had (7) MRI's, a couple CT scans, X-rays, etc. My wife has had her share and never once have we had a bad experience or talked to a rude employee. The place is high volume and you just have to go with the flow...
I showed up for an appointment and was told that they don't do the type of scan I needed at the plant city location. I understand mistakes happen, but what I can't understand is why I was told multiple times that they were "trying to call me all week" to let me know they couldn't do my scan there, when that wasn't true. The tech did try to call me 30 minutes before my appointment time to "catch me before I showed up", but I was driving there and missed the call. The person at the desk was not apologetic at all. Schedule at 730 am arrived early as told and not a sole here and it’s standing I had to bring a chair. This is BS to schedule and not be open. Not good business will be reporting to my Humana
On hold for 17 minutes- 14 callers ahead of me....waiting patiently and got to 1 person ahead of you and the system disconnected me. Called back - there are 16 callers ahead of you! Well guess what, you aren't the only imaging company to use!!!!!!
They handed me image for a lumbar when I had a brain MRI. The young lady at the front desk is more concerned about whether or not she handed it to me. I guess its more important to determine someone else looks like her then to just fix the issue. I dont understand how these errors happen and why the younger generation is not properly trained in customer service. Be mindful when picking up records for an important appointment.
