I have been getting mammograms done since I was 19 painful. They take forever, the wait is ridiculous, I hate it. This morning I went to Plant City Imaging for my mammogram, and I have been blown away. The service was great. They were considerate. They were on time. The wait was minimal. Merley who did my mammogram made sure I was comfortable made me feel at ease and was great and Lynn at checkin was so sweet and pleasing. Arrived early and they offered for us to come back at the specified appointment time. We decided to wait in office. They did not seem too thrilled for us to wait in the office, which I didn’t quite understand. We actually had to wait an extra 20 minutes because they were running behind and we weren’t notified. We’ll see how long it takes to get the results.

It took a long time over the phone to schedule the appointment for an ultrasound but once I did, everything else ran smoothly. I think my technician’s name was Morgan and she was great. I had some reservations about the procedure at first but she remained professional, kind and considerate of my needs and was also very efficient.
