Schedule at 730 am arrived early as told and not a sole here and it’s standing I had to bring a chair. This is BS to schedule and not be open. Not good business will be reporting to my Humana
On hold for 17 minutes- 14 callers ahead of me....waiting patiently and got to 1 person ahead of you and the system disconnected me. Called back - there are 16 callers ahead of you! Well guess what, you aren't the only imaging company to use!!!!!!
They handed me image for a lumbar when I had a brain MRI. The young lady at the front desk is more concerned about whether or not she handed it to me. I guess its more important to determine someone else looks like her then to just fix the issue. I dont understand how these errors happen and why the younger generation is not properly trained in customer service. Be mindful when picking up records for an important appointment.
Experience at facility was great , as for speed of results disappointing. July 10 was MRI and as July 20th still no results causing rescheduling of appt with specialist.calls and messages on the site did not generate any speed. Now will need to cancel another appt Monday due to no interpretation of the MRI . If you need results within a week do not count on them choose another MRI vendor
I really wish I could give this place zero stars. This is my second mammogram there I wish I would’ve scheduled it for somewhere else. I completely forgot how rude and uncomfortable they make it. The staff is not nice. They’re unpleasant when you go back for your mammogram the girl that does it does not make you comfortable. She gives instructions like a robot and never smiles. A mammogram is already uncomfortable enough for women to go through, could at least make it pleasant, but I’m going to make sure that my next one isn... read more
