Everytime I try to call for scheduling, I get absolutely no response back!!! So freaking upset, wasted time!!! I called to schedule an appointment it took 30 mins to finally reach someone for them to just hang up! Or be sent back to scheduling for the same thing to happen! I was on the phone for an hour and nobody could help me. That is absurd! It is so frustrating to call a place in need of urgent care and them not doing anything about it. I have been getting mammograms done since I was 19 painful. They take forever, the wait is ridiculous, I hate it. This morning I went to Plant City Imaging for my mammogram, and I have been blown away. The service was great. They were considerate. They were on time. The wait was minimal. Merley who did my mammogram made sure I was comfortable made me feel at ease and was great and Lynn at checken was so sweet and pleasing. 2/17/26. Use Bay Care! 0 stars if they would let me. I Had to call again which I hated but they have the prior images and still got disconnected after being on hold for 16 min. How does this place still not have any improvement after all of the negative input everyone gives them. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bay Care imaging at the new hospital on Park Rd is 1000x's better. Easier to schedule and the staff is more friendly! On hold for 17 minutes- 14 callers ahead of me....waiting patiently and got to 1 person ahead of you and the syst... read more

Awful experience trying to talk to someone about scheduling. Finally talk to someone, only to be put back on hold for 30 minutes. Once you wait through the 8 people ahead of you, the "lead scheduler" hangs up on you. When you call back and talk to someone, don't make the mistake of telling them you already waited 30 minutes and just want to re-schedule an appointment because the representative will simply tell you "I'm disconnecting the call". I am so frustrated with the lack of professionalism.
