It took a long time over the phone to schedule the appointment for an ultrasound but once I did, everything else ran smoothly. I think my technician’s name was Morgan and she was great. I had some reservations about the procedure at first but she remained professional, kind and considerate of my needs and was also very efficient.
They just keep transferring you around until you give up.
Everytime I try to call for scheduling, I get absolutely no response back!!! So freaking upset, wasted time!!! I called to schedule an appointment it took 30 mins to finally reach someone for them to just hang up! Or be sent back to scheduling for the same thing to happen! I was on the phone for an hour and nobody could help me. That is absurd! It is so frustrating to call a place in need of urgent care and them not doing anything about it.
