Last year I called to have him fix my heating system, so already knew he was trustworthy, and knowledgeable. This morning I found that my water heater gave out, I knew exactly who to call. Despite having other appointments, he understood that this was an emergency and arrived at my house 45 minutes after I called, presented several options, and had my new water heater installed (within my budget) less than 2 hours later! I will ONLY recommend him! I can't imagine having anyone else! He far exceeds all expectations!
Their drivers have no regard for anyone on the road. Just turn into a lane on the highway without looking in the middle of bumper to bumper traffic, then try and speed off when traffic frees up. Watch out for license plate 68229, especially on the highway! Also weird how they don't have a phone number on Google for you to call...
Central AC stopped working (was blowing hot air). Called 2 other places to try and schedule a visit- but wouldn't see us because we either weren't under contract, or they wanted to book us a month from now. Called Affordable- Wayne answered. We were incredibly lucky- he was able to get here within the hour. They made a quick & thorough diagnosis of the problem and were able to fix on the spot. Just needed a recharge & sealant. Thank you!
My central air stopped working on a hot and humid Sunday. I called the company I have a contract with and they would not send anyone out on a Sunday. In desperation, I called several places to no avail. I called R.I. Affordable and spoke to Wayne who came to my house that day. Unfortunately, I needed a new motor and fan which was installed by his employee Jeff two days later. Both Wayne and Jeff were very honest, thorough, clean and efficient. We have been contemplating a new a/c unit. Wayne came out and looked at our unit and gave us an estimate. We ended up with just adding freon to the unit which helped immensely. Wayne was incredibly knowledgable, honest, kind and helpful. When it's time for a new unit we will definitely be calling him to replace our unit. I highly recommend his company!
