Poor customer service and it’s all about the name not one staff is bothered about their products bought on live promised the goodie bag that comes with case brush clip hanger - nothing was sent just marketing to get customers
PAID £40 FOR THE SHADE TO NOT EVEN MATCH AFTER BEING COLOUR MATCHED IN STORE. Never returning again. and i would like my refund as i genuinely can’t wear it even if i wanted to

SCAMMERS! I would not give 0 if I could. Ordered a generous package and it’s been 4 days in a row that they “fail” to deliver!!!! 4 DAYS. Amazon requires an OTP code for deliveries, but has the brand thought about the people who live in flats?! If should simply be left in the reception/concierge - but instead they keep taking it back. Incompetent brand that should not be allowed to open online stores in the first place.
Really rude staff, I went in there this evening and me and my friend were shocked over how rude they are. It completely put me off buying the hair.
