I came to Riptide with a stylist - Bri. She’s been cutting my hair for going on 3 years. She is great at understanding what I want and executing on the vision. She’s responsive and willing to make things work on tight schedule. I’m thankful to have found her, ladies, if you are looking for a stylist ask for her!
Overheard the stylists making fun and mocking a client that had just left. This is how you treat women that come in your salon? Absolutely disgusting.
Ilyse is a magician!! She listened to what I wanted and executed it beautifully. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. I also love how she explains what she is doing. I've jumped around since moving back home but I finally found my girl! Thank you Ilyse!!
Literally the best customer service. Lauren is the sweetest person, and is amazing when it comes to communicating and understanding your needs. Everyone there is so nice.
