Just call them. I’m sure there are plenty of great plumbing teams in Sooke... but these folks beat everyone else to the punch. I sent an email at 7:48 PM about a bathtub overflow leak. By 8:14 PM, Carleen had replied, friendly and helpful, with their tech’s number and an offer to come by first thing in the morning with no call-out fee. The next morning we called Terry at 7:35 AM, and he was at the house by 9:00 AM. By 9:11 AM, he’d wrapped up the inspection, fixed the issue with less than a dozen turns of a wrench (for free)... read more

I can't say enough good things about Terry and the crew at Riptide Plumbing. They've been out to my place a few times now and I'm always so impressed with their service and responsiveness. Plus there's nothing better than supporting a local business! I have dealt with other plumbing companies in the past but since discovering Riptide, I won't be going elsewhere. 10/10.

If we could give 10 stars we would. Terry was a pleasure to work with while arranging to have some new toilets installed in our home. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He sent over two young professional men to install the two toilets and re-install an existing one. The two men who came were very polite and extremely knowledgeable at what they do.
