I’m from the Raleigh NC area, I had a great experience training at Riptide for a couple days I was in town. I attended the Thai boxing class on Wednesday, which was lead by John. Great instructions, good drills, good training partners. I then attended the Thursday night class for sparring. The people training here have no problems leaving their egos at the front door. Recommend !! My son recently signed up to take classes here, and so far we’ve had a great experience. One thing I really love is the flexibility they allow students to attend different classes on different days, which makes it much easier to work around schedules. You also get access to the gym I believe 24/7 with a key. Not positive. The owners, Yoanna and John, are super cool, easy to talk to, and easy to get in touch with.
