3rd season owning a boat and the 3rd season of having Brad and Lance service and take care of any problems. Last season was an install of a Garmin GPSMAP and transducer. Very happy with that job. Most recent, a complete refurb of the dashboard electrical. Could not be any happier with their work and the care they put in to each project.
Brad, has always been right there when you need him and his work is exceptional!
Tried to do business with Brad and turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had with boat repair. His employee Lance seems very good but Brad needs more experience with outboard engines. Would not recommend him.
When I think of RTMS, I think quality. I have worked with Brad and his team over the past few years and have never been disappointed. They care deeply about their customers and their craft and I never have any doubt or hesitation in utilizing their services. I would definitely refer RTMS to anyone including my closest friends and family because I trust them completely. Great people and great service, thanks RipTide, I look forward to working with you again in the near future!
Great overall experience with Brad and company! They were very transparent and helpful throughout the process! The product was exactly as advertised, they were overall easy to deal with and had a clean, organized and professional shop! I would recommend them to a friend.
