I called RipTide as I had some electrical issues in my house. In the interim, I had already called the electric company, as signs were pointing to this being on their side. I told RipTide not to worry and that the electric company was coming. I thought it was extremely thoughtful and professional that Justin just stopped by anyway, just to make sure that we were safe and to troubleshoot my issues, for his own peace of mind. I called Riptide Electric after seeing so many positive reviews on a local FB page and I am so glad I found them. I had electric run for two outlets under my house and two floor outlets in our family room as well as vanity lights rewired and moved in a bathroom. This was all done during a short window that my soffit was open. I can’t thank them enough for their quick response and professionalism. Justin went above and beyond for which I am truly grateful.
Riptide is excellent! We have been remodeling our home and they have done a fabulous job! They upgraded our electrical panel inside and added outdoor receptacles. They also coordinated with Entergy to have our main power coming in switched from overhead to underground. Highly recommend! It’s nice to have a locally owned business that takes pride in their work!
Can't say enough good things about Justin and his team. He's done several one-off projects with me and an extensive list of work on my place with a general contractor. His work is outstanding in all aspects. He cuts no corners, keeps everything within code and makes it all aesthetically perfect when he's done. My general contractor has loved working with him as have I. Highly, highly recommend.
