Do it yourself carwash, multiple bays. Four-five vacuum stations outside, all require quarters to operate. Change machines only take one dollar bills, one change machine was out-of-operation. Basic no-nonsense carwash.
I ran my vehicle through this car wash and was disappointed. I contacted them via email. I got a response from Justin almost immediately. I sent pictures of my car. He wanted to make it right, and he did. I like a company that stands by their product. Justin took care of my situation promptly. I will be back. Thank you
I have never had a bad experience at Riptide. I have the monthly subscription with the Riptide wash (which is a great deal, if I wash my car twice in a month, it more than pays the monthly fee. I average probably 5 washes per month so this service is an amazing deal) and have been to both locations. The staff at both locations have always been friendly and helpful when I have had interaction with them. My car always comes out looking great and love the free vacuums. I had an issue a few weeks back. I left a negative comment as I was not happy wheels and tires appeared untouched. Riptide stands by the work they do. I spoke with Elton and he asked me to come by when it was convenient. Unfortunately I became and didn't get to him in person. I went by today in hopes of meeting him. He was at a different location. I had met with the manager and he was true GENTLEMAN. He was helpful, friendly and PROFESSIONAL. His name was Justin ..... Kudos to Elton, Justin. John Blue Element
