I had an issue a few weeks back. I left a negative comment as I was not happy wheels and tires appeared untouched. Riptide stands by the work they do. I spoke with Elton and he asked me to come by when it was convenient. Unfortunately I became and didn't get to him in person. I went by today in hopes of meeting him. He was at a different location. I had met with the manager and he was true GENTLEMAN. He was helpful, friendly and PROFESSIONAL. His name was Justin ..... Kudos to Elton, Justin. John Blue Element

2 washes after paying for the most expensive wash and the mud in my wheel wells weren't cleaned off. They sent me to a hand wash to clean it without any compensation or refund. Not good experience.
Ordinarily, a fine visit with a fine car wash. This morning when presenting a gift card that was a dollar short of a low-tide car wash w e were informed that they did not accept cash. It was a dollar! There should be a way for them as good customer service to take care of the situation.. Accept the dollar in cash or simply honor the gift card with the amount left on it for a low tide car wash. Seems to me that would be the good customer service that we expect from R tide.
