Where do I start: the whole experience was really unpleasant from the beginning. As we checked in the smell of vomit was overwhelming that my son ended up vomiting after being nauseated by the smell. The floors of the room were dirty not swept or mopped. The room smelled of must and mildew, the couches were stained, the window upstairs was broken and created a draft, the carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed or steamed, the towels smelled awful and were not clean. As a handicapped person we were told there was an elevator but the 2 bedrooms were upstairs which I could do once a day. There are at 5 least stairs to the elevator. If you take the elevator up then we had to walk down about 5 stairs. Or we can skip the elevator and just walk up 2 flights of stairs. Useless elevator. This building is not Accessible compliant! No balcony. No ocean view. No laundry. Oh I could go on..
Stay was good, the price was reasonable
