I am grateful that we have Rips in town for hot tub services. I have called Rips a couple of times now with questions about my hot tub. They are consistently polite and helpful over the phone. We recently had them move our hot tub across town and they did a fabulous job. Friendly, understanding and reliable service. Would recommend for any of your hot tub needs.

We looked at many vendors of hot tubs in Red Deer and Calgary and decided to buy a tub from RIPS. No sales pressure and the price of our tub was less than the other vendors. We live outside of Olds and discovered that many of the vendors will not service our tub outside of Red Deer or Calgary. RIPS delivered and helped us set up our tub and removed the old tub free of charge. The H2O tubs are well made and very nice looking.
