I bought a tub 18 years ago from Leon , very happy with the H2O product. In the 18 years I’ve had it I’ve put one circulating pump in it , followed the chemical pattern they suggested, have had no other problems with our tub. We use our tub heavily, at least once a day . It’s become a social center in our lives . I would like to thank Leon and all his staff , I’ve had them come to do service work and they were there in no more than a couple of days. I recently had RIPS out to my rural place to help with the initial setup of an old hot tub that came with the house. Even though they were short staffed, Stephan the technician made it to my place late on a Friday afternoon. He did a really good job of walking me through how to start up my hot tub after it had been empty for a long time, as well as how to properly administer the chemicals (which they supplied). I am grateful that we have Rips in town for hot tub services. I have called Rips a couple of times now with questions about my hot tub. They are consistently polite and helpful over the phone. We recently had them move our hot tub across town and they did a fabulous job. Friendly, understanding and reliable service. Would recommend for any of your hot tub needs.
