I feel it necessary to leave this review due to dishonesty, errors, and overall lack of professionalism displayed by Josh, the owner of Ripplewood Design. When attempting to secure a quote for our deck, I happened upon Ripplewood Design and their glowing reviews and professional online presence. Ripplewood Design replaced our wood deck with composite material and we love it! Josh and the team were communicative every step of the way. Every crew member that we interacted with was great and the attention to detail in their work was awesome! We look forward to spending lots of time on our new deck!
