I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism, workmanship & dedication to job completion. The team of craftsmen who totally demolished my old deck & rebuilt by hand every board, nail & screw were as precise as could possibly be. The finished deck with repaired railings & steps looks amazingly beautiful & will last a lifetime compared to the new build wood that I painted & stained every other year & it still buckled & rotted. Our experience with Ripplewood Design was wonderful. Communication was exceptional. Projects were completed as expeditiously as possible. Written proposals were provided through Quick books, emailed to me for online approval. A pleasure to work with, they were helpful and kind and cleaned up their work area every day. We feel the prices charged and the payment schedule was very fair.
