Spa pool is not hot enough to get any actual recovery, and blood flow benefits. It's just bubbling around warm water. Apart from that, Ripples has awesome swimming indoor and outdoor pool, waterpark area, sauna, cheap food, gym and fitness classes.
Great pool for all ages. They even have a dedicated hydro pool
