My son, who has DIAGNOSED selective mutism and anxiety, had a visit with Dr. Ripples and he decided to tell me that my son does not have anxiety, and even continued on with this even after I asked that he simply look at his teeth. He refused and instead said that he is a doctor and can diagnose a child with anxiety, all while I only wanted him to help my child with his teeth. Hearing from some of my very close friends about what they endured during their childhood going here makes me sick to my stomach. Being held down, slapped in the face, told horrific things and sexually harassed while their parents have to wait in the waiting area then calling them dramatic when the child comes out traumatized. I’m a parent and I would NEVER bring my child here to be abused. Please do yourself and your child a FAVOR and bring them elsewhere. I can’t believe he’s still practicing on local children. My youngest son came out screaming in terror with the imprint of what appeared to be a terry cloth textured towel over the top of his face where he had been strapped down with a towel between him and the strap. Makes me sick and horrified reading others reviews to wonder what goes on behind those doors.
