Damage was done to my property as the result of a motor vehicle accident. The insurance company sent DKI Ripplerock restorations to my property to make the necessary repairs. After months of back-and-forth and Ripplerock finally subcontracting the workout, the job is complete. Getting here was Incredibly frustrating to say the least. Whoever answers the phone for evening, emergency calls during the week was pretty much useless. Couldn't answer a single question, couldn't tell me if anyone was available to come help us. Maybe it's not his usual role but it was a terrible phone experience.

Brandi and her team are so quick and helpful ! We had a fridge that caused water damage and they were there within no time at all. I was very apprehensive about removing flooring etc but she walked us through it and helped to isolate the problem as much as they could to minimize the impact it has on our daily life. Her team came in and were so nice, polite and respectful of our space labelling and sorting everything perfectly. For going through something so upsetting, they make it a lot easier. I had an insurance claim due to water damage to my house. Brett and his crew were fast to respond to my call for help and their work done to repair my house was excellent. Thank you for a job well done. Very satisfied customer.
