These guys sent unqualified workers to do work covered under insurance at my house. Now I'm paying out of pocket to fix the damage from their install.
My goodness! The "Manager" Scott, has absolutely no customer service skills. He is full of lame excuses as to why the work progress is so glacially slow. He is also aggressive and patronizing in person. This is absolutely unacceptable in a business where intimate customer contact is to be expected. There are much more respectful contractors in the Comox Valley.
Very efficient work, quick and easy with helpful and friendly staff. 10/10
Had the team do some work awhile back, excellent service, promptly addressed any issues and the staff were very friendly and accommodating on all fronts.
