Every time I eat here I am BLOWN away. Everything tastes bang-in. Wings, burnt ends, mac , tots, and fried polenta. People come for the music and atmosphere; they're sleeping on the food.
I totally want to love this place and I’ll still certainly give it another shot. I was an avid Cary Street Café fan when Robin had ownership but tonight was weird. The atmosphere was great but the dude at the door had some serious small man syndrome and he was angry. My wife showed up with her best friend. They had been at Movieland Cinema watching a three hour movie since 6 PM and they arrived around 9:30. They had zero drinks all night.
