My experience during this encounter left me feeling unheard, as my concerns appeared to be dismissed. The provider's response. While I appreciated the positive news and reassurance, the interaction highlighted areas for improvement in the delivery of care. This approach was, at best, suboptimal.
My husband has been under her care since 2007. She is very sharp & brings in excellent surgeons if necessary. Very trustworthy!

Dr. Udovich is the absolute best the medical profession has. I've been seeing him for many years because he IS the best.
Dr Udovich is very good, waiting is bad
No, no, no, no! He is great, just ask him. Waited for over 1.5hrs past appointment time and then was rushed. Didn't explain or include me in plan. Everything felt like I was a number and not a name.
