First and only physical therapy session was using underwater treadmill. Not ever going back. Physical Therapist had me on underwater treadmill at a fast pace going forward. Backwards and side stepping for over 20 minutes. No stopping or resting. Therapist had been told during evaluation that I had plantar fascitis and previous tibia stress fracture on right foot/leg.
