First and only physical therapy session was using underwater treadmill. Not ever going back. Physical Therapist had me on underwater treadmill at a fast pace going forward. Backwards and side stepping for over 20 minutes. No stopping or resting. Therapist had been told during evaluation that I had plantar fascitis and previous tibia stress fracture on right foot/leg. I was skeptical of physical therapy at first and really didn’t want to go but I decided it was worth a try and I am so glad I did. Terrapin Physical Therapy is the real deal from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent and the physical therapists are experts in the field. If you have an issue big or small I highly recommend Terrapin Physical Therapy. A big shout out to Andrew, Aaron, Lawrence, and the entire staff. Thank you all.

Thanks Terrapin PT, Andrew, Aaron and the entire Terrapin Team. My right shoulder is back to normal and pain free. The workouts were just what I needed and the home PT guidance is keeping my shoulder healthy. I would and will refer Terrapin to anyone.
