We couldn’t recommend Aaron highly enough! Aaron helped us with the refinance of our both our home and investment property loan and made the whole process so easy. His communication was fantastic from start to finish. He was always easy to get in touch with, kept us updated throughout the process and was happy to answer any questions we had along the way. Absolutely disgusted by the level of customer service we received. We worked with Aaron for over 12 months to pull our finance together, only to be completely ghosted at the final approval stage after providing highly confidential financial information.
