Amazing autism center focused on positivity, growth, and client/family values. I really wasn’t sure about working as a BCBA before coming to Ripple Effects. I felt disposed of and unappreciated. As a BCBA/employee at Ripple, we’re taken care of like family, truly valued, and always heard. The company truly focuses on employee happiness and positivity in the workplace. I can’t imagine working anywhere else. Small company vibes while making HUGE waves.

I've worked with Ripple effects ALC for 2 1/2 years now as a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The team is amazing, the work environment is so supportive, and the owner is constantly looking for new growth opportunities to support her staff's personal and professional growth. They have worked hard to create an inclusive environment where all voices matter. The therapists are amazing and truly care about the outcomes for their clients and the families they serve.
