Cindy is a good communicator. During the initial intake, she asked about my medical history, current pain, and goals before I got on the table. At the beginning of each session, she listens to my needs and concerns and asks for clarification. She checks in often and adjusts pressure to my comfort level. I feel safe and comfortable with Cindy. I highly recommend her.
I have been going to Ripple Effect Massage and Cindy is caring and educated. I am someone with a lot of athletic injuries and her massages are not only relaxing but are deeply therapeutic . Cindy listens carefully and notices subtle changes in your body from one visit to the next. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had.
I am a massage therapist of 30 years; having received many many massages I can say that Cindy at Ripple Effect Massage & Wellness is one of the best!! My body needs very specific myo-fascial care, and Cindy uses a variety of techniques in an effective manner to work out the deep spasms, trigger points & fascial adhesions. Go with 90 minutes - very fairly priced, you will not be disappointed - she's awesome!!
