they just ignored me I have been paying monthly direct debits for full monitoring and maintainence cover of £21.95 for the last year and a half and i have still not had the system connected to the phone line yet. I have also given up trying to get my money back from them as i've been paying for a service that i'm not recieving because, well they just ignored me. But the final straw was this morning when i called about having the batteries changed on my alarm key pad.

IT DOES NOT EXIST!! After 10 years they still can't get this figured out! I told them mailing something to the physical address of my vacation home is like mailing a letter to Santa at the North Pole and wondering why he doesn't answer it! IT DOES NOT EXIST!! We moved our primary residence three months ago and signed up for ADT again. I now get solicitation calls from them asking if we want to sign up. Unbelievable. touchscreen is really easy to use We built our dream home last year and wanted to build in a home security system. We went with ADT because of their pulse automation system. My family loves it. We can control lights, appliances and of course the alarm system. The touchscreen is really easy to use, even my mother in law can do it!
Great benefits Great benefits, direct management was very positive and supportive. Lots of outside sales tools and freedom. You get back as much as you put into it, if if you understand the processes and are self disciplined about the sales process. Fix the commercial install side of things, please. It was a mess and wasted a huge amount of time that cut into selling.
