Very impressed with the customer service and product of this company. RiRi was extremely helpful and responsive from the very first email (even on the weekend). She offered to add our company logo to the bags which added such a nice touch! The free delivery was also an amazing perk that I wasn't anticipating and was such a nice touch. I had an incredible experience with RiPoppedIt for my mom’s 60th birthday party favors! From start to finish, she was kind, communicative, and extremely helpful. We experienced a delay with USPS shipping, and she stayed in contact with me the entire time, providing updates and support until the package arrived.
